As always the staff and the value is great, the venue isn't the best, but it's local to Southwark/Waterloo workers.
My underarm and Brazilian wax were great, my legs still felt really bristly afterwards like sandpaper, the hairs weren't coming out at the root they were all broken so I was disappointed by that.

I opted for a Dermalogica facial with extraction. It was uncomfortable (which I half expected) but the results were quite disappointing. The lady I saw was polite and mainly gentle, but unfortunately the results were not ideal.
