Would usually give 5 stars to this venue as it's always efficient and painless, but sadly the regular waxer was unwell and a replacement was there instead.

My appointment was delayed by 15 minutes, and whilst it would have been ok had I been notified, I was standing outside the venue trying to get in touch and the only available contact number went straight to an automated voice message service.
The lady was not apologetic, and she seemed fed up with her day. She rushed through it, and then walked out of the room without asking if I was happy with the waxing or if there was something else that could be done.
