My treatments were done by Lara. Although quiet, she is very friendly and competent. The treatment room is clean and tidy and has everything that is necessary, but perhaps a bit small. The building where the venue is located does not have a very inviting look and feel and on the day there was noise due to some repairs at the building entry, which slightly spoiled the ambience. The staff was however very apologetic for the inconvenience and obviously this was out of their control, so this will not deter me from going back again. Overall I am satisfied with the results and I even got a small free treat when leaving the room which just adds a little extra to the experience.
