Friendly and efficient service. Good wax. The pedicure could have been more thorough, had to ask for the hard skin on my feet to be removed, as the beautician would’ve done a very thorough job otherwise. Overall good service.

I booked 'definitley maybe' treatwell's offer which I thought was perfect for me as I have been considering cutting my hair short again for a while. When I arrived the stylist said "so you want a trim?" and I replied no I wanted a lot cut off and showed her an old photo of me. Then onced she'd washed my hair and run the comb through it she took her fingers to a point and asked me "this much?" to which I replied I didn't know as couldn't tell when it was wet so could she get it like the photo? She was unsure and I should have left then but I'd pre-paid. Eventually she cut half but I could tell it was too long so asked for more off, but once it was done and blow dried it was still too long and hadn't matched what I'd asked for. Worse still the layering around my face was like steps rather than diagonal so i've had to change the side of my parting and tuck it behind my ear!
