Think the beautician was new as I’ve always had good experiences here usually but everything from not leaving the room or letting me know when to get changed at the beginning, not pulling the wax off quickly enough, taking a lot longer than usual, using strips most of the time (quite badly) and still loads of long hairs left I had to remove at home. Just not up to usual standards

The wax burnt my skin. Every time the therapist applied it I flinched and said it was too hot. My skin was red and rashy afterwards. This also made it one of the most painful waxes I've ever had. She didn't let the wax set properly and there was a lot of picking. The end result was ok but 4 days later and I have hair coming through again.
