I have been coming to Rock Chic Beauty for over a year for waxes, and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately I think some of the newer staff are perhaps less experienced or have had less training, as my last hollywood wax was the most painful wax I have ever had, partly due to the beautician removing the wax very slowly / not being able to grip it. I'm now warey of returning to the salon, which is a shame as I previously had great waxes there!

The lady I saw (sorry, I can’t remember her name!) was very thorough and i left with a lovely pedicure. Great new location!

I had a pleasant, relaxing facial - I think I fell asleep a few times! Lara is really friendly and she used good quality dermatology products, my skin felt fantastic afterwards. I couldn't recommend this enough!
