I booked with a particular beautician but had been changed to another beautician when I got there. This is the second time in a row this has happened. If the beautician booked isn’t available, I think customers should be given told well in advance and given the chance to rearrange if they wish.

Did a really good job! It said 30 minutes but it actually took an hour but I think that was more because of the terrible condition of my nails!
