Beautiful new spot, very nice staff. With Hollywood the beautician did unfortunately do fairly large areas and it was quite painful on this occasion. it could also be the wax used. Haven't had such a painful wax for years! I will give them another go however, as my previous visit with another beautician was faultless.

I have been coming to Rock Chic Beauty for over a year for waxes, and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately I think some of the newer staff are perhaps less experienced or have had less training, as my last hollywood wax was the most painful wax I have ever had, partly due to the beautician removing the wax very slowly / not being able to grip it. I'm now warey of returning to the salon, which is a shame as I previously had great waxes there!
