I picked this place because of the wonderful rating and reviews, however I was deeply disappointed. I booked Shellac Pedicure (inc removal) for £35, and what i got was file and colour only. When i asked the girl isn’t there going to be a pedicure, she vaguely responded that i should have booked luxury spa pedicure (or something like that). i think the salon should be a bit more specific with the services, as for £35 in not a fancy place, i would expect to have a bit more than file & shape which took me almost 1.5 hours.. very very average (if that).
