Products used and the overall facial were good. However, extraction of blackheads was not particularly thorough and quite painful as a lot of pressure was applied on the nose itself as opposed to just the skin. Facial was also slightly less than allotted time. No moisturiser was applied after facial, so left feeling a bit dry. Skin did feel a lot smoother and well cleansed, generally was a relaxing affair too.

Lovely boutique venue, everyone is really polite and welcoming.
My stylist had a lot of attention to detail and really paid attention to my hair, she colored it very well. It took slightly longer than what I was expecting but there was a lot of care in her work. My only concern is I wish it was slightly closer to the root other than that it is perfect!
I was slightly unsure of my highlights and I was offered another visit to amend it for free, when I got home and styled my hair I really liked the outcome but it was lovely of them to be so caring and invested in customer satisfaction.
