Empty boutique when I arrived as staff was at the back.
Beautician double dipped the stick in wax when she should not have for hygiene purposes. Also not very delicate.
Result is ok though

The Therapist filed into my feet - I have a scab from where she broke skin when trying to file my nails. Pretty bad experience all in all. Was my third time, first two times were good but this last time has really put me off going back.
