They were running behind so I had to wait, which I usually don't mind but when I was taken for my treatment the therapist didn't leave the room for me to undress which was very awkward and unprofessional! The therapist kept saying that it would be pain-free, but she was quite rough getting the initial wax off before she pulled it which hurt quite a bit, and I've had Lycon waxes for many years. At the end she didn't leave for me to get dressed again... In general the wax was quite good but you should give your clients some privacy when changing, I wouldn't rush back.
