My first post-COVID facial and it was wonderful. Amelia was nice and gentle, she used Dermalogica products for a very comprehensive treatment with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, masks and moisturising. The studio is clean and I felt very relaxed. Will come back

The ladies at Rock Chic Beauty were perfectly lovely and the atmosphere was welcoming. My head massage was fine and I did come away a bit more relaxed than when I went in, but it was not an *Indian* head massage so shouldn't be advertised as such, in my opinion. No oil was used, just lotion towards the end on forehead and face. Rather than massaging the scalp directly, it involved more rubbing in circles which left my hair quite matted (and my hair is naturally poker straight).

Both amelia and fiori are really great at what they do, efficient and minimum pain. They're really kind and care about making you as comfortable as possible. I would always go back!
