I had a fantastic pedicure experience with I believe Rania. She did a great job and I was very happy. My husband was supposed to have a mens pedicure with Fiori but instead had a woman who was in training. He felt she could have done a better job sloughing the dead skin off his feet and mentioned she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was really sweet, but we planned on having pedicures from highly rated therapists and don't feel we got the whole package.
