Worst manicure I have ever had. The technician didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I had to ask her to correct things a couple of times, but when I saw my nails in the daylight on my way home I realised just how bad the manicure was. The colour was patchy, the top coat was patchy, thin, and didn’t cover the entire nail. My nails started chipping within less than 24 hours, and within a few days I had several broken nails (never happened before)

Really great morning, it was very relaxing but it only took 40 minutes as opposed to 1 hour. Even though the therapist sounded very knowledgeable I didn't think the extraction was very thorough -- there were definitely a few spots that remained untouched on my face.

My therapist was lovely and friendly and the salon was clean and well equipped, however i feel that the result was a bit disappointing. My pedicure looks okay but definitely not done by a professional. I am sorry to say this but it looks like I’ve done it myself.
