Don’t go here for brows!
The salon itself is clean, tidy and presentable. However when I was shown through to the room you could tell someone else had been laying on the paper towel on the bed.
I had booked for threading but the therapist said she uses wax. I have always had my eyebrows threaded but this was by far the most painful I’ve had. When she wiped down my right brow she quite heavy handedly my hit me in my right eye.
The finish was uneven. Now I have two breakouts under my left brow

The facial was quite rough and the extractions weren’t done properly, I couldn’t see a difference in my blackheads when I left. At one point the therapist left the room for 20 minutes whilst I had the face mask on, I felt like she could have been doing something else during that time like the neck massage that’s included etc. Overall I was underwhelmed and a bit disappointed.
