Fiori is THE BEST. I see her every month, and even though I hate waxing (such a pitifully low pain threshold) she always makes it as painless and fast as possible - distracting me with her stories and reassurance. She is great.

The venue moved recently and the new place looks quite messy and not ready to accommodate clients. Gel nail polish selection is very poor with even some classic colours missing. Previous gel removal was done not very carefully ruining my nails and making them very thin. Polish was applied in a very thin layer that together with the removal made them very prone to breaking. Also not very carefully - polish went beyond the nail area.

I purchased a ‘pedicure treatment’ service and when I arrived at the venue I was told this is only file and polish!! I’m not sure how this qualifies as pedicure but it is definitely deceiving. I asked to cancel this but the therapist said herself I need to do it through treatwell for refund. I emailed Treatwell immediately explaining this and asking for refund but I never heard back from Treatwell. I basically paid for nothing.

Would always recommend this salon to anyone looking for a hot wax. Professional and kind staff, clean services, and high quality treatment. I’ve been to other salons in the area that don’t even use the right wax.
