Noelia is great. I am currently recovering from an injury and she took the time to listen to what my concerns were before she started the session. She also spent time at the end to discuss with me what I can do to help with my recovery. I left her session pain free. I am now training with a full range of movement that is pain free and I feel great. I highly recommend going to see her!
