You will be able to choose from Eastern and Western techniques including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Traditional Thai Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy and Post Partum to improve sports injuries or everyday stress. I'm Noelia, I am also a qualified Trainer with large experience in sports, fitness and injuries. Whereas you are a professional athlete or a dedicated exerciser, do not hesitate in getting in touch and I will help you achieve your best performance!

The team: The expert team each has more than 10 years of experience and is a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapies and CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity). With over 20 years of experience in Fitness, allow them to provide you with follow-ups, exercises and guidelines to improve your general well-being. The team also has specific training in treating 'the patient with back pain'. They will carry out a complete analysis prior to your treatment to ensure you get the right service to suit your needs.
