Great service as usual. However, on this occasion there was a change in staff member due to another disgruntled customer. This was a stop and start experience at no fault of the staff but to satisfy the other customer. Staff memberRaman is amazing!

Waxing was incredibly painful, lots of hairs left over so have gone on holiday with prickly, hairy legs....very sore, bruised bikini area.....hair left under armpits. Language barrier with beautician, although very sweet and lovely.
