I’m so happy with Shills when she did my nails it was very extravagant. Shills was very professional and she also was very polite to me, like when she served me coffee. Overall very good service and staff.😊

I arrived on time for a 25 minute appointment to remove gel . I was left in the middle with an inexperienced member of staff who was so harsh , my nails hurt. I had to ask her to stop . I cut my nails myself . I filed them myself and then waited for my therapist to come back after finishing another client who had come in after me to tidy my cuticles. I left the salon nearly an hour later and then received a £60 parking charge notice for parking too long. Overall a very unenjoyable experience!
