Never have had such a bad set of eyelashes. I specifically said no cluster lashes and booked individuals but she added clusters anyway. Some lashes were long, some were short, she then proceeded to CUT the lashes so they’re all stumpy yet still uneven. I got home and cried. I’m embarrassed to walk around with these eyelashes on. Showed the lady a photo of the nails I wanted from their Instagram page, they don’t even look remotely similar, painful experience, fingers are still throbbing.
