I arrived on time for my pre paid appointment but I was told to take a seat and wait as there was no one available to do my treatment. Why accept an appointment at that time if no one is available?
I finally was seen 30 minutes later for my wax which was fine. Had to wait again for my gel nails which were awfully chipped only 3 days later. I will have to pay to get the remainder of the gel taken off. I’m disappointed with the service and would not return.

I had a lady called Kam (not Sam) and she was so sweet, it was my first time having intimate waxing. Although I felt quite embarrassed about my body, She was reassuring and made me feel calm. Kam did it in little sections to make it painless as possible and she was also very quick.

Fantastic service from both Tara and Yash. Great customer service, the entire team were extremely welcoming and friendly. Tara did a wonderful manicure and pedicure, with a lovely foot massage. Yash completed a French manicure. Both highly skilled and cheerful professionals. A really enjoyable experience that I highly recommend. This will definitely be my new local go to for treatments.
