Had a back facial. The salon was cold and not clean. The treatment room bin was full and the treatment table was unclean. The therapist was alone so was trying to clean, answer the phone and tend to me. The treatment consisted of Garnier cleansing milk squirted on my back, removed, then apricot scrub (red flag!) applied and removed, then baby oil applied (and removed to reduce grease that would have transferred to my clothes). Highly unprofessional.

My daughters first haircut, they were able to fit her in for a same day appointment. From the minute we walked in they were all lovely! The hairdresser took her time to do an amazing job, was great with my daughter, who loves her new hair!
