I've given this salon two attempts now, neither were great. I mentioned the wax was too hot, but the lady just mumbled and changed nothing. The temperature hurt more than the waxing! I came away with bright red, inflamed hair follicles on my legs. I'm used to waxing so I know there will be some redness, but this wasn't right. The lady seemed to be unwell, sniffling etc and wasn't particularly engaging. This salon does not use hot wax for intimate waxing either, as specified online!

I first used this salon when lockdown ended , as my husband was going to the barbers next door. I didn't even realise they did Ladies hair too, I thought it was just a nail bar. However, after having my hair cut there with Kal , I now won't go anywhere else! I have been back several times since, and have been highly impressed with how Kal manages to make my very thick , unruly hair look good. She is a highly skilled stylist who really takes her time, and does not make you feel rushed in and out
