It was slightly uncomfortable as she invited another person to help wax me. I also contacted them beforehand to ask questions about the treatment but was told something entirely different when I arrived there. Ladies were sweet though!

First time here and Kal was really lovely but there's a few things that disappointed me with regards to the waxing, however I will try the salon again to give a second chance as I'm sure they would listen and improve
