Despite taking a while for to soak off nails & then Biab - It was a comfortable experience with delicious coffees and good conversation. I was nervous about BIAB due to never having it before, but Shills explained the process and was gentle with my own nails underneath the BIAB to keep them in length and shape.
The result is perfect - She even mixed up a colour especially to suit what I wanted which was so lovely, despite her having to take time to perfect it. She was so accommodating :)
