Had a hair done by Megan, that was amazing and really easy to talk to. Listened to what i asked to do with my hair and got it exactly how i want it. After first toner I noticed that roots was a bit yellow and asked to apply toner again to get rid of it, Megan had no problems doing that. Unfortunately the attitude of the other staff members has been a let down, girl that is there to wash hair and help the staff seems to be there to look at herself in the mirror and comment on stuff that she not supposed to. The other lady, that possibly is more experienced hairdresser had absolutely ridiculous attitude when i asked to fix yellow roots, keeping trying to over-talk me and convince me that my hair looks fine, the tone and fave expressions was not something you should use with your clients, and i think there is something to learn from that situation. In terms of cleanliness, salon needs a good scrub!
Overall for the price i paid, i had a bargain and Megan did amazing job! You doing great girl!
