Don’t usually leave a bad review but I felt I need to with this place, not only was my appointment double booked with someone else who got served first despite me booking first I was then told Robert was unable to cut my hair as they do not use thinning scissors so he was unable to proceed. Needed more staff for how busy it was I think.
