Booked for full head of highlights before going to a wedding. Got a text on the day of my appointment stating “I don’t work Thursdays” No introduction, no other explanation. Asked for clarification that it was the hairdressers and asked if anyone else at the salon could do my hair - “no” was the reply. No apology or anything. Horrendous customer service and just plain rude. Do not book unless you like the drama of trying to rearrange for another salon to do your hair at the last minute.

Emma was very welcoming and even though I was early took me for my appointment as I was the first customer of the day. She was very chatty and we had a laugh while getting my hair done and offered me a drink which also was very nice. Didnt waste time
