Mixed opinions of this salon. Booked as a new client due to positive reviews but overall experience and hair outcome left much to be desired (putting politely as I’m not one to leave negative reviews). Salon was initially accommodating with arranging an out of hours patch test and Violeta was friendly. Paid £200 for an appointment that took almost 5 hours and made to feel very unwelcome due how long it was taking. Left in tears due to atmosphere, an uneven haircut and

Robert is incredible - I had balayage correction done and couldn't have been happier with the result. He's professional, friendly and very skilled (the salon is also lovely).
