The place is lovely and staff is friendly and welcoming.Sadly I am not very happy with my cut, I asked for a trim and instead 15 cm were cut and even worse, it was sheared and heavily layered.Took me 4 years to grow it so I am now gutted.

This was a really disappointing visit. The salon was messy, the stylist rude, the atmosphere icy. Whilst there I enquired about booking another appointment for my wedding, the man on reception was shrieking at me across the salon whilst I was having my hair washed and then the stylist washing my sprayed water in my face. I booked an alternative for my wedding, and luckily so as they have just sent me an email 2 days before cancelling. Very poor service.
