Loved it. The trainee who did my hair was super nice and very meticulous. The senior hairdresser was a very attentive man, carefully looking after us, guiding the trainee and checking her work thoroughly, aiming for perfection. I have never felt so great taken care off. Not only did a great haircut but also received advise on the best shape of haircut, was asked questions about what I wanted as result (which does not normally happen even in the well known brands salons, of if it happens it is very superficial). Great value and certainly coming back.

I do believe that other reviews are not genuine. For men haircut, it was subpar – I would say even poor. I can’t understand how they are getting all those five star ratings.

Unfortunately my gel manicure started to chip after 3 days! New member of staff not as skilled as Ashleigh sadly.

My appointment was at 10 and even though I arrived a bit earlier, I was welcomed and offered a nice coffee while I wait. My hairdresser was very polite and immediately understood what haircut I got in mind. She was very friendly, told me about the rest of the services they offer and generally made me feel at ease. I am very happy with the haircut and will certainly return as the venue is in my local area - and I felt lucky to have discovered it.
