Friendly staff, but my haircut is MUCH shorter than I asked for and is not really the style I wanted. Also- when I arrived home I changed my clothing and discovered huge clumps of the hair she'd cut off down the back of my jeans and top! (I was wearing a cape so not quite sure how she managed this...) I only visited this salon because it was a reduced rate last minute deal and I had a £5 TW voucher- it's DEFINITELY not worth the full price they charge and if I'd paid that amount I would be even more disappointed than I am.

The girl was really sweet but I would have preferred to be sat in a pedicure chair, not on a bed with my feet in a foot bath.
I also prefer when they remove more dead skin from the feet, this was more of just a buff of the skin, and I could still see dry skin on my heels.
The choice of colours was pretty limited too. I wanted something colourful for summer, like a coral, but they were all quite dark or traditional pink colours.

Booking via Treatwell was seamless. My usual root tint touch-up was fine as well. On the downside, I walked out with the worst haircut ever ... looks like someone lopped off my hair while it was in a ponytail. Weird shape (no shape?!), awkward length and jagged edges. Now desperately waiting for it to grow out so I can go somewhere else to get it fixed.
