The introduction call I had with Rob was really informative and helped me make the decision as to whether I wanted to invest in a running coach. He was really welcoming and friendly and I could tell he cared about his clients!

I just recently moved up to Norwich from stevenage And have been looking for a good sports massage as I run lots of marathons, Had tried a few other places but was not overly impressed and was starting to if I might have to go back to stevenage to use use my old sports massage place, but I came across Rob and thought I'd give him a go, must say very professional very experienced and friendly, I no longer have to worry about finding a good sports massage as I have found rob he is great!

I would recommend Rob! Knowledgeable and attentive with my back pain. I would book again. Followed up with exercises to help in-between sessions, and really lovely person too 👍🏼
