I was made to feel welcome. The receptionist and Fiona were both friendly and professional. Fiona listened to what I wanted and she suggested the cut that would suit me. She let me know beforehand what was going to happen next. I love that. I also love my haircut.

Unfortunately my hair was cut much shorter than asked and i will have to clip it back for a few months until it grows as the length is a couple of inches above my chin, whereas below chin was requested. Only a salon revisit was offered rather than a refund which i refused due to the length being unresolvable.
