Was greeted as soon as I entered the salon. I was also offered a cup of tea/coffee while I was waiting to be seen. I was then taken by Kelsey who did a head massage (very relaxing) while waiting for Courtney to finish a client off (as I was early).
Was a great experience as this was my first time in the salon and would definitely recommend both Courtney and Kelsey to others
