My appointment was rescheduled with no notice - when I asked, the answer was “we told Treatwell, it is not our problem you did not receive a notification”. Then I was asked to pay again and when I said I had already paid, I was asked how much I did pay through the application. I was made to feel unwelcome because I had booked through Treatwell and I could not relax and enjoy the experience. Anna tried to make me feel comfortable and was polite, but unfortunately the day was ruined for me

Great venue - and love my hair cut thank you!!! However my stylist wasn’t very talkative - even though I tried to make conversation. Would visit again though!

Bethany was amazing! Super friendly and had a nice friendly chat whilst getting my hair done, she knew exactly what to do to help my hair look fuller and lively again! Loved the end look xx

Unfortunately, Helena, who I had booked with, was off sick. So instead I had Tim and he was great, really friendly, and gave me an amazing haircut and a beautiful blowout! Highly recommend!
