Was booked from lash lift and brows but the ladies was running behind which is fine and you have to take on board they are training and normally I wouldn't have bothered as they have to learn. Although my appointment was 3.30 didn't get seen till 4.45 so not enough time for both treatments we had to choose one. The training lady was lovely and apologies to us

We aim for learners to work independently however an educator is always on hand to support and guide throughout all the services that we provide. Appointment times may take slightly longer than usual while our students learn and perfect their craft.
