When I got there none of the students wanted to cut my hair as they were busy curling each others’. The instructor had to tell them off for refusing and it made the entire experience so awkward. I wanted to leave whilst I waited for someone to agree to do my hair but I had prepaid and wouldn’t have gotten a refund

The cut I got was absolutely nothing like I asked for (had a picture for reference) and was way shorter than I wanted (asked for it to be just past shoulders but got above chin). That having been said it's a lovely cut just not what I wanted. I'm happy with the colour though.
