I got a great haircut for a low price, but we aware it will take longer than a standard cut as the staff are training. All staff were so friendly and my blowdry was the best I've had as the stylist knew I had curly hair which normally just straightened and I went home with curly hair that I loved!

I paid in advance online for balayage but when I attend saloon I was told that due to my hair condition it’s better to get a single full head colour. I agreed to it. No refund was offered to me as I paid 48£ for balayage while full head colour is 24£
