Jess is absolutely fantastic!! This is the best haircut I've ever had and the most relaxing and enjoyable experience I've had a salon. Jess spent lots of time understanding what I wanted from the appointment and how to deliver that. She asked for advice when she felt she needed it and I never felt like she wasn't confident in her skills. So impressed. I will definitely be back!
