My nails did come out nicely, to preface with that. But I did have to wait 40 mins past my appointment time (not an issue, it’s December) & when I was finally seen my technician didn’t notice she cut my cuticle & accidentally put acetone into an open cut & refused to make my French tip thicker so they’d grow out nicely, probably intentional so I’ll have to come back sooner. While my nails do look nice, for now, I’m not at all critiquing the technician’s skill, where I was cut still stings a lot

After my previous pedicure wasn’t great as they cut the side of my foot with the file before my holiday I gave them another chance as the location was convenient. But I can safely say it was the worst pedicure I had received. Will never return. Hard skin wasn’t removed whatsoever which is the added benefit of the pedicure. Had to end up putting on a foot mask within the week. Such a shame as £45 isn’t cheap
