This is only the second time I've had my nails done professionally and both times at Riverwalk. Won't be going anywhere else. The girls are really nice. The treatment was great. So much easier to keep your nails nice when done professionally. Both times I had my own nails manicured and gel polish applied. The gel manicure was as good after 3 weeks as the day it was done. Only reason I went back was to change the colour. First time I walked in and the second time I booked an appointment.

There. Is no point making an appointment as they take no notice if you have booked a time or just walked in. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time but waited over half an hour for it to start. Two walk ins were seen before me.
I booked ombré infills but was told I couldn’t have them as my original nails were ombré so to have these I would need a new set of acrylics, I have no idea why this was said as no explanation was given and I have had it done before on infills.
I booked emily because she was good last time I got her. Emily wasn’t even there. My lashes don’t look any different to when I arrived at the salon. £35 down the drain. Very disappointed
