Horrific. Staff were rude and hurt me. Because of the boiling acetone and excessive foling, it burned when the acrylic was applied. When I went to pay I was told £40- despite the booking online stating £35. The woman told me she had used gel polish, which I never asked for, nor did she tell me she was using or would be charged extra for this. I was then told to sit back down to have the gel polish removed and a cheaper polish applied if I wouldn't pay. Ridiculous. Paid and left asap!

It looks like they never clean their tools. No point booking because you just sit and wait till they’re done. The male nail artist was rough and hurt my nails. Not sure I’d go back. The nails I had done were nice but not worth the strife.
