There were no robes left and guests are not given slippers or flip flops. The experience would be much nicer if the spa treatments space were properly integrated with the pool/sauna space. You need to get changed to move between the pool and the treatment area. The changing rooms are very cold and not kept clean enough.

Its not really spa day, its more like a massage then you dress and go to hotel pool. Steam room out of use on our day so sauna very busy so not really relaxing.
