The staff were all friendly and helpful . The facilities were very basic no slippers or robes provided and Jacuzzi hot tub out of action which was also disappointing . No drier for costumes or bags to take wet costume home.

I enjoyed my treatments but I was disappointed that my daughter had purchased the treatment and a drink of fizz or juice was included , this was not offered! A member of staff was given a ticking off at reception in front of myself and another client which I thought was bery unprofessional and embarrassing for myself . Shame two small things spoiled an overall good day .

The salon was spotless and smelled amazing . Sam was very attentive to me and my sister ensuring we had a lovely relaxing experience . Nothing was any trouble , she was fabulous . I had Sam to carry out two treatments which were wonderfully relaxing and my sister had another therapist who also was very professional and a lovely person . We both thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and can’t wait for a return visit .
