Riverside beauty itself was ok. We were late (our fault) so missed our first appt. We had been told the day before that the pool was closed but would be open for our appt. But the jacuzzi was closed (friend can't swim) and pool area was pretty poor for a nice hotel. Our voucher included 2 glasses of fizz (rotten) which we had to ask for and the woman on reception didn't seem to know it was included. Ended up just getting dressed and going to the bar. Won't go back.

Beautiful salon. Massage was geared towards me and Cara was very careful about my recent injury. The atmosphere was calming and professional. Overall it was a very relaxing and beneficial experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
