Was not notified that there was work going on in the hotel..very noisy. headphones where not suitable for myself as I am deaf and wear hearing aids. Even know I had these issues. Sam was nice..

Another fabulous full body aromatherapy from Sam. The back & foot part of the massage was wonderful, very very relaxing. I also enjoyed the blue tooth head phones. They blocked out every noise and added to the relaxing treatment. Have booked another full body aromatherapy for 4 weeks time.....can't wait!

The staff were all friendly and helpful . The facilities were very basic no slippers or robes provided and Jacuzzi hot tub out of action which was also disappointing . No drier for costumes or bags to take wet costume home.
Treatment was nice ( very squeaky bed) so not relaxing not the staff members fault
