The venue is lovely, very calm and welcoming. Never having had a treatment before, Jac made the experience very enjoyable. The atmosphere in the room was very peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend.

From start to finish my experience at the spa was excellent. The ambiance both in the reception and treatment room was relaxing . My therapist Ansa was knowledgeable and attentive and listen to what I was saying/asking. I was so impressed I am already booked to go back. The only small disappointment was this time we were not offered our usual complimentary glass of Prosecco!!

My massage and therapist were lovely however the facilities experience wasnt great. I feel like the place is in need of some money being spent on it. Would be good if you provided robes and slippers for walking through reception from the pool to the spa instead of bare feet and a wet towel!

The therapies were very good. But the overall cleanliness of the swimming and changing rooms was very poor.Had to ask for an extra towel when we came out of the pool a BB d changing rooms were very wet. No one there cleaning up these areas. Very disappointed in that area and won't be back.
